Memories

Memories.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a ce...ntury. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.
Riding bikes with your friends, going for a swim at the lake, hoping these times will never end, because it was all so great.
Going to the fair, being part of the crowd, not having a single care, and laughing out loud.
The first time you held a young girls hand, and how you could feel the beat of her heart, at that very moment you knew you were a man, and life was about to start.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a century. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.
Sitting in the grass, watching the fire works on the fourth of July, hoping they would always last, and not having to say goodbye.
Walking in the park, going to a high school game, no longer being afraid of the dark, and everybody knows your name.
The first time you went to a dance, or drove your car, a little back seat romance, and how you dreamed as you looked at the stars.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a century. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.
Playing catch with my dad, and rolling a log with my best friend. A game of fetch with my dog, over and over again.
The crisp fall mornings, when the leaves crunch beneath your feet. You look up in the sky and the Eagles are soaring, what a wonderful treat.
Just being a kid and running free, that’s all that seemed to matter to me, no worries, no stress, life back then wasn’t a mess. Enjoying life as it was meant to be. Just being a kid and running free.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a century. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.

Lead a Positive Life!

Ignore the negativity the world has. Except the positivism the world has to give. Use that energy to make people happy, and create a better life for all.

Where Are You Tonight?

Where are you tonight

Written by: Lee LeCaptain

Where are you tonight, I am missing you so, are you alright, that's all I want to know.

I didn't mean to make you mad,
I know your frustrated as could be,
please don't feel so sad,
and just have a little faith in me.

Times are troubled, times are bad,
what ever happened to what we had,
your in my heart, and in my soul,
don't let our anger get out of control.

I'll try my best,
that's all I can do,
with you I'm blessed
and I love you.

So please forgive me
for what I have done,
I hope you can see
you're the only one.

Where are you tonight, I am missing you so, are you alright, that's all I want to know.

Just give us one more chance.
I know it's meant to be.
So I ask you to dance,
one more time with me.

We'll take it slow,
I'll hold you in my arms so tight,
and never let you go,
please come home tonight.

Can't you see
you're the only one.
There's no one else for me.
Let's finish what we have begun
and live life happily.

Be my friend,
and my wife.
I'll love you till the end,
you are my life.

Where are you tonight, I am missing you so, are you alright, that's all I want to know.

The Old Lady and Olde Man

The Old Lady and Old Man
Written by: Lee LeCaptain
There's and old lady, and old man in an old pick up truck driven down the road. The old man has a dog his lap and a story that must be told. They met back in 43, she was in the WAC, and he was in the Navy. They fell in love when they were on leave, fighting for a cause that they both believe. He was a strong young handsome man, fighting for freedom and the American plan. The young mans dream were as grand as could be, have a wife, a house and a happy family. She was beautiful, long dark hair, hazel green eye's and a smile that could match a Hawaiian sunrise. She dreamt of a man that was pure in heart, a man that would love her and be so smart. Later that year they decided to wed, for a long, long future that would be ahead. First came a girl, then a boy, a life so happy and filled with joy. The young girl danced, the boy played ball, what a wonderful romance they had it all. Time had passed it didn't seem that long the kids grew up fast, so healthy and strong. The girl became a mom and the boy a dad, to create a family just like they had. Now the old lady, and the old man live all alone, with a dog they had got when the kids left from home. It's been 50 years of good living, and life, what a great family husband and wife. As they drove away going down the road, I knew this story had got to be told.
