It's Christmas Love

It’s Christmas, The best time of the year, people seem to change for the good, with a little more love and a lot more cheer.
Our dreams come alive again, and hope rises to the top. Families smile and grin and some how we find the means to shop, even though we only have a little to give, we love a lot.
Feel the spirit, breathe it in deep, and then try to share it. For those Christmas memories are ours to keep filled with love, kindness, and Christmas Merit.
Dreams really do come true, that feeling of love that can only come from above, sent by God to you. No matter what it seems, at Christmas we live those dreams of love through and through.
You walk into the room where the tree is all lit. The presents will be open soon, as you find that special place to sit. The anticipation is in the air of all the gifts that will be opened, unwrapped and shared.
Feel the spirit, breathe it in deep, and then try to share it. For those Christmas memories are ours to keep filled with love, kindness, and Christmas Merit.
For me, I try to grasp the memories of Christmas past, of Mom and Dad, my two sisters and all the love they gave to me will always last.
A little eggnog, and Silent Night playing on the stereo, you try to stay awake, and yet you nod off, and away you go, dreaming of all the fun your children had, and all the love they have for you as Mom, and Dad.
Feel the spirit, breathe it in deep, and then try to share it. For those Christmas memories are ours to keep filled with love, kindness, and Christmas Merit.

Thanksgiving Prayer

Thanksgiving Prayer;

I may not be a millionaire, but I am Gazillionaire beyond wealth from the richness of my Family. Thank you God!

I wake up sore and stiff every day, but I am thankful for that because for each new day that I awake, I can re-capture my youth by watching My Children and Grand Children play, and for those pains that remind me every day of a rich and fullness of life I have! Thank you God!

My mind is not as sharp as it use to be, but that’s OK because it makes my memories that I have, and the new knowledge that I learn so much more appreciable! Thank you God!

I can’t afford expensive meals, but that’s OK, because it makes me appreciate what I have more, and that I still have enough to share with my friends. Thank you God

I thank you for my life whether it’s long, or short it has given me the ability to experience love, to see love, and to share love. Thank you God!

Most of all God I thank you for making me, by giving me the most wonderful gift of life, and by this life comes the promise that we all have the ability by our choices, to have an eternal life in your Kingdom. Thank you God!

Amen

What Is Love?

What Is Love?
What's love?
Everybody strives to have it, and makes it their number one priority in life. Is it a feeling of want or to be wanted, a feeling of need, the fear of loneliness, a feeling of hope, is it faith, or just the basic instinct to procreate your genetics with the best possible mate you can achieve for immortality?
I prefer to think of love, as a miracle. A gift from God that gets us closest to him by teaching us the nuances of kindness, compassion, and an overall appreciation of life! Love is definitely faith based, because if you take faith away it's impossible to love.
That's why I believe that God in the Bible is showing us what love is. Why the Bible stresses us all to have faith, and a belief for Jesus Christ, and God himself. The amazing thing is if you do believe that Jesus Christ is our savior, you will receive an over abundance of unconditional love.

Rock The Crowd!

Rock the Crowd
By Lee LeCaptain

The time is now, stand up strong, don’t let them tell you how, because their wrong.
We had enough, run for your life, things are gonna get tough, its time to make things right.
Stand up for what you believe, not for what they say, don’t run away, make them leave.

We are Americans strong and proud, take no shit, not one bit. Rock and Rollers, sing it out loud, rock the crowd, let’s rock the crowd.

When the music plays, the flags will raise, people will listen, the world won’t know what there missing.
You are music, you are soul. You are quintessential rock and roll.
Play the music hard, play the music loud, take m’ off guard, and rock the crowd.

We are Americans strong and proud, take no shit, not one bit. Rock and Rollers, sing it out loud, rock the crowd, let’s rock the crowd.

Feel the rush, breath the freedom, don’t get beneath and crush the people, we still need them.
We are family, treat us fairly, we are friends not alone, make no amends charity begins at home.
The passion still exist, come on people don’t resist, feel the acceleration and raise your fists.

We are Americans strong and proud, take no shit, not one bit. Rock and Rollers, sing it out loud, rock the crowd, let’s rock the crowd.

We are Americans strong and proud, take no shit, not one bit. Rock and Rollers, sing it out loud, rock the crowd, let’s rock the crowd.

Memories

Memories.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a ce...ntury. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.
Riding bikes with your friends, going for a swim at the lake, hoping these times will never end, because it was all so great.
Going to the fair, being part of the crowd, not having a single care, and laughing out loud.
The first time you held a young girls hand, and how you could feel the beat of her heart, at that very moment you knew you were a man, and life was about to start.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a century. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.
Sitting in the grass, watching the fire works on the fourth of July, hoping they would always last, and not having to say goodbye.
Walking in the park, going to a high school game, no longer being afraid of the dark, and everybody knows your name.
The first time you went to a dance, or drove your car, a little back seat romance, and how you dreamed as you looked at the stars.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a century. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.
Playing catch with my dad, and rolling a log with my best friend. A game of fetch with my dog, over and over again.
The crisp fall mornings, when the leaves crunch beneath your feet. You look up in the sky and the Eagles are soaring, what a wonderful treat.
Just being a kid and running free, that’s all that seemed to matter to me, no worries, no stress, life back then wasn’t a mess. Enjoying life as it was meant to be. Just being a kid and running free.
Don’t ever forget how it use to be, running wild with no regrets, and living free. Taking each day as it comes along, and having that feeling that nothing could go wrong. It all seems just like yesterday, even though it’s been a century. I want to keep these memories, oh so tenderly.

Good Friends

Good friends are like chocolate! You can never get enough of them! www.lumberjackent.com

To Think, Or Not To Think

To think negatively is to give up! To think positively it to succeed! To not think at all is a complete waist of time!

Judge a Person For Yourself

Judge a person for yourself.
Not from what some one else may say.
That some one else may have an agenda.
To benefit themselves.
And make you surrender.
By keeping you away.

Small Miracles do Happen!

Small Miracles do Happen!
‎67 years ago my Mother Jeannette LeCaptain, ( Anderson) graduated from Fitchburg High in MA. Mom graduated 10 weeks early to go and skate for Ice Capades at the tender age of 17. She never had a graduation ceremony, and lost track of all h...er classmates because of WW2 and her work with Ice Capades. So for last 67 years this has bothered her terribly! Today sitting in the front row of the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show that is performing in Bolton MA., sat an elderly lady. I had this weird feeling come over me, to go over and talk to her. I said hello, and then proceeded to ask her how old she was. She said 84. Well I knew that is my Mother’s age. I then asked if she knew any Andersons from Fitchburg. Her reply was Swedish, or Dutch. I said French. She then had a strange look come over her face and said, Oh my! Your Jeannette Andersons boy! Her eyes began to fill up with water. She yelled out, you look just like her. I come to find out Ida, that was her name, and my Mother were the best of friends and lost touch of with each other over 67 years ago. The story even gets better! Ida keeps track of all the class mates from there graduation class, and she has all the information on just about everyone. I then I find out, my mother was the lost classmate that nobody knew were she was! Before Ida could leave, I called my mom on the cell phone and let the two school girls talk. They talked as if time stood still, and you could see Ida fiscally get younger as they reminisced about the about the days gone by. My Mother and Ida exchange addresses, and phone numbers. The two old friends vowed not to loose touch with each other any more! I know it sound crazy, but these lumberjack shows that I do are truly a blessing. I just gave my mother the best gift she had in years! Yea!See More

The gift of laughter!

One of the greatest gifts from God is laughter. It's highly infectious, contagious, and eliminates stress from your life, and the life of others! To live is to laugh!
I have the good fortune of being able to spread laughter around the world, by doing the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show over the last 40 years. During this time I firmly believe we have saved lives through laughter. Help create relationships through laughter. Eliminate stress in families.
The world would be a much better place if we had more laughter. I think the world leaders need to get together and just laugh! It would create an infectious bond amongst the leaders of the world!
You see when you laugh, your walls of paranoia go down and you look at life differently, and at that exact moment you are bonding with the people around you. You except them, and they except you!

Faith

A good Wife, has faith in her Husband. A good Husband, has faith in his Wife. A great family, has faith in God! It's called LOVE!
Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show- Check back for daily competition schedules!

The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show is similar to an Old Time Lumberjack Show and a great family entertainment, matched by none. In the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show or Timber Show, we use quality lumberjack competitors, also known as Timberjacks from around the world. The Paul Bunyan Lumberjacks are also the same lumberjacks you see on the Stihl Timber Sports Series, ESPN, and TNN.
Learn how the logging skills were used years ago, and compare it to today's logging. For example, years ago the lumberjack used a cross-cut saw to cut down their trees, and now days we use the chainsaw. In the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show, the Timberjacks compete with each other using an Old Time Lumberjack cross-cut saw and the more up to date chainsaw, having muscle against machine, may the best Sawyer win!! Still the best is when the Lumberjacks use the New Zealand speed axes to cut down the tree in a matter of seconds. This is real competition at its best.
The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show is an action packed, fun filled, good Old Time Lumberjack Show with Champion Lumberjack. Our Ironjacks are real Champions that show off their great logging skills. All of our Lumberjacks have many, many titles that make them the best of all Lumberjacks. Paul Bunyan wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Herman's Son Bud

Herman’s Son Bud
His name was Bud, a Farmers son who was only seventeen. His father signed for him in World War 2, to become a Marine.
Bud was tough and young, a man of heart who was loved by every one.
He chooses to go to war, but not to fight, to save lives and bring home the soldiers to their families, and wives.
As a 3rd. Marine Division Medic he landed on the Island of Guam where the bullets were flying and so where the bombs.... See More
The fighting was hectic; many soldiers were wounded and dying. The young Medic was doing his best, and kept on trying.
He kept going back into the field of battle, even though his job seemed totally futile.
For that day in July he saved 9 Marines lives, and took a bullet for each man he saved, ignoring his own life that sent him to his grave.
Roosevelt gave Bud the prestige’s Navy Cross, it didn’t help his father, he still mourned his loss.
Now Bud will always be young, and an American Hero, who sprung into action at the time of ground zero.
To the man who saved lives and the Medic who sent soldiers back home to their wives.
We thank you Bernard LeCaptain, an American soldier that made things happen, and a Farmers son who simply loved everyone.

Twenty Year Average Family cost of living rise!

The 20 year cost of living rise for an average 4 member family.

Based on a 4 family household from 1990 to 2010

1990 cost is $20,472.24
2010 cost is $49,884.00
Difference is $29,411.76

Even if you got a $1500 a year raise for the last 20
years you are unable to keep up with the cost of LIVING! It has more than doubled!

This document only reflects “only” the financial consistencies, and the rise of that in our life over the last 20 years with absolutely no extravagancies.

Please keep in mind the price of living of cost in this document does not reflect the rise on the cost of clothing, school supplies, medicine, vet bills, vacations, repairs for home and auto, other computer related cost programs and repair, household replacements furniture and appliances, Dentist, movie tickets and concession other basic entertainment, eating out.

The sad fact is we now have become more frugal, shop for better deals and have become much wiser about finances in the last 20 years, and this is how we are rewarded.

I wrote this up so the average working Joe knows, that his troubled finances, is not his fault. Our economy in the United States is broken! That He, She or He and She are not at fault. The reason you cannot pay your bills is because corporate greed that raises the cost of living at an alarming rate! That you have kept up your part of the bargain in your life, and you can hang your head up high! No sane business person, or corporation would give you $1500 year raise for 20 years, to keep up with the cost of living. This is totally insane!

Please Pray For One Of Our Earthly Angles!

My Christian Friends, brothers and sisters. One of our most kindest and generous Christian Brothers who has the name of Fred needs our prayers. Fred has dedicated his life to Friends, Family and strangers to the point of neglecting his own needs. He has dedicated his life to God and Jesus Christ.

Fred had a major stroke, and he is only 52. His problems keep on growing. He had another stroke while trying to heal this week. He has been to 5 different hospitals in the last 5 days, and needs surgery. The problem for Fred is caused because of cholesterol in his carotid artery. I believe this is because he neglected his own diet to save money to help other people. He is a man of simple needs like Jesus Christ.

My prayer is for this letter to reach our other Christian brothers and sister to help pray for Fred. I believe prayer in numbers.

Dear heavenly father, please heal and protect Fred and help him heal. I ask that you give Fred hope for healing, and to keep his Christian Faith. I pray for his family and friends so that there pain and sorrow may be minimized. But most of all God I pray that you and your son Jesus be with Fred tonight and always, to comfort him with the love and warmth only you can do. I pray this in your son Jesus name!

Amen

Thank you God!

Whisky Blues

Whisky Blues
By: Lee LeCaptain

I got the whisky blues, feeling oh so sad, the tears are fallen on my shoes, and I’m feeling so really, really bad.

Just don’t understand why you left me, for another man.

I’ll probably never know.

I’m lost, in despair and don’t know where to go.

Pour me a shot, play me a song, so I can ponder, and wonder went wrong.

I got the whisky blues, feeling oh so sad, the tears are fallen on my shoes, and I’m feeling so really, really bad.

You’re the prettiest thing I ever did see,

I just don’t know what you saw in me.

Now you took my heart, and then my soul,

Ripped it apart, and I am no longer whole.

I got the whisky blues, feeling oh so sad, the tears are fallen on my shoes, and I’m feeling so really, really bad.

I worked real hard, gave you a home, a place you could all your own.

You needed your time.

I gave you your space, so you could breathe.

How I wish you were still mine.

Why would you want to leave?

I got the whisky blues, feeling oh so sad, the tears are fallen on my shoes, and I’m feeling so really, really bad.

I’m lost in despair, and no one seems to care.

Can’t you feel my pain and fear?

Oh! Baby, Baby, Baby, Baby, I wish you were still here!

Pour me another one Lou, cause

I got the whisky blues, feeling oh so sad, the tears are fallen on my shoes, and I’m feeling so really, really bad.

I got the whisky blues, feeling oh so sad, the tears are fallen on my shoes, and I’m feeling so really, really bad.

The Old Lady and Old Man

The Old Lady and Old Man

Written by: Lee LeCaptain

There's and old lady, and old man in an old pick up truck driven down the road. The old man has a dog his lap and a story that must be told.
They met back in 43, she was in the WAC, and he was in the Navy. They fell in love when they were on leave, fighting for a cause that they both believe.
He was a strong young handsome man, fighting for freedom and the American plan. The young mans dream were as grand as could be, have a wife, a house and a happy family.
She was beautiful, long dark hair, hazel green eye's and a smile that could match a Hawaiian sunrise. She dreamt of a man that was pure in heart, a man that would love her and be so smart.
Later that year they decided to wed, for a long, long future that would be ahead. First came a girl, then a boy, a life so happy and filled with joy. The young girl danced, the boy played ball, what a wonderful romance they had it all.
Time had passed it didn't seem that long the kids grew up fast, so healthy and strong. The girl became a mom and the boy a dad, to create a family just like they had.
Now the old lady, and the old man live all alone, with a dog they had got when the kids left from home. It's been 50 years of good living, and life, what a great family husband and wife. As they drove away going down the road, I knew this story had got to be told.

Sweetie

I never knew something could be as perfect as you.
Little tiny toes, little tiny fingers, blue eyes, and a button nose.
First a giggle, then a laugh, a smirk, and a great big smile, those were Daddy’s for the longest while.

I remember her say, Daddy hold me tight, let me know things will be alright. As I held her this is what I said, Sweetie it’ll be OK, Daddy’s chased the bad all away. Don’t you worry, no need to run, the fear is gone, and life has just begun.

My little girls growing up, and she’s got herself a beau, are you still Daddy’s girl that’s all I want to know.
Your graduating from school, I never been so proud, looking like a jewel, standing out in the crowd.
It’s time for her to start a new life. I know it won’t be long for Daddy’s girl to be some ones wife.

I remember her say, Daddy hold me tight, let me know things will be alright. As I held her this is what I said, Sweetie it’ll be OK, Daddy’s chased the bad all away. Don’t you worry, no need to run, the fear is gone, and life has just begun.

Now Daddy’s girl has a family of her own, a husband, a little boy, and house that became a home.
Time was supposed to stand still and always last, my little girl grew up way to fast.
Sweetie you’ll always be Daddy’s girl, and I’ll be there for you no matter what you say, or what you do.

And this is what she said, Daddy let me hold you tight, don’t worry things will be alright.
I chased the bad all away. I don’t need to run, the fear is gone, and life has just begun.

Where Are You Tonight?

Where are you tonight

Written by: Lee LeCaptain

Where are you tonight, I am missing you so, are you alright, that's all I want to know.

I didn't mean to make you mad,
I know your frustrated as could be,
please don't feel so sad,
and just have a little faith in me.

Times are troubled, times are bad,
what ever happened to what we had,
your in my heart, and in my soul,
don't let our anger get out of control.

I'll try my best,
that's all I can do,
with you I'm blessed
and I love you.

So please forgive me
for what I have done,
I hope you can see
you're the only one.

Where are you tonight, I am missing you so, are you alright, that's all I want to know.

Just give us one more chance.
I know it's meant to be.
So I ask you to dance,
one more time with me.

We'll take it slow,
I'll hold you in my arms so tight,
and never let you go,
please come home tonight.

Can't you see
you're the only one.
There's no one else for me.
Let's finish what we have begun
and live life happily.

Be my friend,
and my wife.
I'll love you till the end,
you are my life.

Where are you tonight, I am missing you so, are you alright, that's all I want to know.
